Return Eligibility

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Since we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds may be issued through:

  • Bank transfer
  • Mobile wallet transfer
  • Another mutually agreed refund method

Customers will be contacted to arrange refund details after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • A full refund
  • Store credit, where applicable

Supporting photos may be required for verification.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning products, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Cancellation Requests

Orders may only be canceled before shipment confirmation. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
